e recruitment portals are actually easing the recruitment processes. Corporates are spending smart amounts to get these services which they actually can use to recruit quality people in bulk and in a less amount of time.

These recruitment portals viz, naukri.com, timesjobs.com and monster.com are the key players in the market. Some of the key features of their offering include huge databases, flexible subscriptions, powerful search capabilities, enhanced tools tomanage bulk data etc. The e recruitment market is undoubtedly having tough competition. This is not a niche market and there are enourmous number of users, be them the job seekers or the employers and even consultants.

Success

Success – Mother of all good feelings

God has given each one of us a unique attribute which you will not be able to find in others. If I have a cute face then you may have a golden heart. Each soul on this earth aspires to be famous, aim to get recognized, be known and this may be the reason for all of us to get successful. Success brings dignity, name, fame, a value to your living.

We strive for success and growth in every part of our life, be it professional or personal.
Some work hard to get success; some may pull each other to succeed or they may have hatred for other’ success. The more you run after it the more it will go far from you. However, it is a fact that one should have a focus or aim to succeed for but one should try and accomplish the same with honest efforts, hard work and creativity. Success can never be for an individual, it is always backed by a group’s efforts. People may get name and fame individually but they get real success coupled with their team labors.

Azim Premji, started thinking big at a younger age. He had a talent to flourish but he could not have made it without the support of his people, his employees. Likewise Ambani’s are growing as eternal. All these organizations have brilliant managers and if the management of a company is unfocused then an organization can not succeed. The managers or even the junior executives need appreciation and motivation for each bunch of their efforts, their skills utilization, and their outputs. It is a great feeling of success which keeps them moving so long. Success can be big or small; simple e mail writing can be appreciated to boost an employee. Success comes from your own initiatives, your own power to do something new, some extra efforts can lead to your dreams and great feelings of success.

Success
