Some of the key features of their offering include huge databases, flexible subscriptions, powerful search capabilities, enhanced tools tomanage bulk data etc. The e recruitment market is undoubtedly having tough competition. This is not a niche market and there are enourmous number of users, be them the job seekers or the employers and even consultants.
